Properties:

Colorless monoclinic crystal, density 3.097g/cm3. Soluble in water. Slightly soluble in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, dissolved in alcohol. Losing two crystalline water at 113℃. Toxic!

 

Application:

• Rayon extinction agent.
• Used in water treatment, neutral heating and pesticides.
