Product Features:
- Manufacturing technique different from common barium sulfate precipitated by using sulphuric acid process. Product have less metal impurities. Have little hazard gas during production.
- High brightness, low specific conductivity, suitable for batter filling use, very good dispersibility. It’s hard to agglomeration or precipitate. Have narrow and homogeneous particles size distribution, particles appearance similar to sphericity.
Application:
- Used in powder coating:
- Enhance coating brightness, reduce cost by decreasing TiO2 consumption.
- Semi-finished products have good well-distributed particle size, in favor of controlling powder particle size distribution.
- Good compatibility with resin, hard to agglomeration or precipitate.
- Increase glossiness and mechanical hardness of powder coating.
- Used in PVC, can partly replace Tio2 against advantages of superfine, clean, well distribution and high brightness.
- Used in battery as inorganic expansive material.

Storage and Safety:
The product is white powder. Should be kept from moisture during transportation and stored in cool, ventilated and dry place. Avoid breathing duct when handling. Wash with soap and water in case of skin contact. For more safety details, please refer to MSDS.
